Dear Status Quo,<\/p>\n

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to thank you for all that you have done for me. You\u2019ve been there whenever I\u2019ve needed someone to lean on\u2026 somewhat like a security blanket.<\/p>\n

A shift has occurred within me, so I thought it was a good time to share my thoughts with you. I don\u2019t think we\u2019ll be as tight going forward as we have been in the past. And this isn\u2019t about you\u2026 it\u2019s about me.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve met a new friend, \u2018Fluxus Quo\u2019. We\u2019ve gotten quite close. While I appreciate that you\u2019ve helped me stay comfortable with the way things are, Fluxus Quo seems to be more relevant to the current times.<\/p>\n

You see, I think I\u2019m more affected by the things that are changing<\/em> than the things that stay the same<\/em>. When I spend time with Fluxus Quo, I\u2019m reminded that things are constantly in a state of motion.<\/p>\n

I realize that even things that stay the same are affected by a strong undercurrent of change. And that sometimes it takes more energy to keep<\/em> things the same than it takes to go with<\/em> the change. Remembering that helps me accept my discomfort and not get so stressed out about life.<\/p>\n

Hey, I just had a thought! Maybe the two of you should meet! It sounds like Fluxus Quo is sort of the new<\/em> Status Quo. And after I think about it a little more, I suppose I appreciate you both\u2026 just in very<\/em> different ways.<\/p>\n

Thanks for being there when I\u2019ve needed you. You won\u2019t be forgotten.<\/p>\n
