Good Clutch, Bad Clutch
Good Clutch
Understand when big moments occur. Know what your team needs from you. Rearrange your priorities to satisfy those needs. Execute. Celebrate.
Bad Clutch
Hold onto (i.e. clutch) information. Only tell people what you think they need to know. Answer questions without sharing additional relevant information. Document nothing.
The Difference
Good Clutch helps the team perform at its highest when it matters most. Bad Clutch caps team performance and restricts individual effectiveness.
If you can consistently be Good Clutch and avoid being Bad Clutch, others will want you on their team.
